Purse seine vessels are equipped with high-speed seine winches and fish-finding sonar systems, and some vessels are equipped with helicopter platforms for large-scale fish reconnaissance. Longline fishing vessels feature dedicated gear storage compartments and automatic line-release devices. Modern fishing vessels are commonly equipped with electronic nautical chart systems, satellite communications equipment, and fishing forecast terminals, forming a comprehensive marine information perception network.

 

In terms of seaworthiness design, fishing vessels must meet the requirements of specific sea conditions. The hull's lines have been optimized for hydrodynamics, ensuring stable operation in sea conditions of 3-6. Lifesaving equipment, including life rafts, thermal suits, and emergency locator beacons, strictly adheres to International Maritime Organization standards. The refrigeration system utilizes ultra-low-temperature technology to maintain -30°C, ensuring the quality of the catch while extending its operating radius.

 

These specialized design features transform the vessel into a comprehensive water-based operating platform integrating navigation, fishing, processing, and survival support, playing a vital role in ensuring the global supply of seafood. As marine fisheries evolve towards precision and intelligent operations, the technical features of these vessels will continue to evolve and upgrade.
